Synopsis: What happens when your next door neighbor is the hottest, most notorious playboy in all of South Beach?

Reece Rowe is on hiatus from respectability. Before she returns to her stable, boring existence of charity events and dating predictable, stuffy suitors who are only interested in getting closer to the wealthy family who adopted her, she’s going to get a taste of what she’s been missing. She screws up her courage and heads to Vincent Ferguson’s office to find out what all the women in South Beach already seem to know about him.

Once CEO Vin Ferguson’s tech company goes public, he’ll have proved he’s no longer the poor, gritty kid from the wrong side of the tracks. But, citing his bad boy reputation, some financial backers waver, and his friends suggest dating a more respectable woman to improve his image. Ridiculous. Because delectable but snooty socialites, like his next door neighbor, are way out of his league.

And then, Reese walks through his office door and makes him an offer. To say his jaw hits the floor is an understatement.

And he can’t believe what she just proposed…

My thoughts

Reforming the CEO was a a sweet story that follows Vin Ferguson and Reece Rowe. Reece  was adopted into a rich household and has lived her life by the rules her whole life, always making sure every hair was in place and never taking any risks. Vin Ferguson is the exact opposite. Growing up poor, Vin made a name for himself and is now a millionaire Tech Mogul, and a bit of a bad boy. When the investors for Vin’s startup want him to tone down his image and settle down, a perfect opportunity arrives for both Reece and Vin. Reece wants a summer of fun and risk taking and Vin needs a “Good Girl” girlfriend to go on dates with. The two strike up a deal and so it begins.

I enjoyed this quite a bit! I felt it started off a bit slowly but once it got going, the pace was perfect. Reece and Vin were so fun to get to know, even though they are both terrible at communicating with each other! There was a few times where I wanted to shake them and tell them to grow up and C O M M U N I C A T E! Besides their terrible communicating, they had great chemistry and were so funny. This was just an all-around fun, easy read!

Recommended for opposites attract tropes, Romance( with a capitol R), and happy endings. Hoping for a sequel to this! Maybe, with Landon??

4 out of 5 stars
