Um wow. I am still reeling from this amazing story. I was completely hooked from the first sentence.

The story starts out with our MC, Alessandra, talking about murdering her first boyfriend when she was only 15 because he didn’t love her. Um crazy right???!

Sorry not sorry but I have a weak spot for morally grey characters and hoo doggy this story did not disappoint. Alessandra is an ambitious, intelligent woman who knows what she wants and how to do it. She was fierce and funny and I loved her as a main character. I felt the plot was quick paced and everything was well fleshed out. I found myself totally wrapped up in this world and I didn’t want the book to end.

Overall, I devoured this book in one sitting and recommend for fans of dark fantasy! 😈I will definitely be reading more from Tricia.
